Keith oversees all operational, sales and P&L responsibilities for the Azina team. He has over three decades of executive experience in retail pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, mail order hospital pharmacy, and pharmacy benefits management. With over 13 years in pharmacy development and operations leadership in specialty pharmacy and the PBM space, Doug has experience in LDD oncology, HIV, fertility, orphan drugs, pain management, and inflammation on a local, regional and national level. Doug recently served as V.P. of Operations with OptumRx and was the V.P. of Operations for Avella Specialty Pharmacy. Doug’s specialty pharmacy history includes the development and oversight of multiple pharmacy sites — both regional and national in scope.

Susan brings over 20 years of experience in pharmacy benefits management and the pharmaceutical industry. In her prior role at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, she was responsible for clinical oversight of the specialty network. She also led surveillance and strategy for pipeline compounds creating budget impact models and providing clinical utilization management strategies. Susan received her Pharm.D from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She completed the Rutgers Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowship with Novartis Pharmaceuticals with a focus on regulatory affairs and marketing.

John serves as Vice President of Operations and Payer Strategy Specialty Pharmacy Services. He brings 20 years of experience in Payor Relations, Purchasing, Systems, Clinical Services, Operations, and Claims Reconciliation. Prior to joining CPS, John worked many years with Walgreens, Walmart, and Sam’s Club. He is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Business Executive Management program and earned his Bachelor of Pharmacy Science from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy.

JP has spent the last 10 years focusing on specialty pharmacy operations at Greater Sacramento Pharmacy, Avella, and Optum, where he was recently the Director of Operations. He has led high volume specialty locations focusing on Oncology, HIV, GI, Rheumatology, and medical billing. JP brings a bottom-up perspective and a well-rounded view of effective operations through centralization of processes, lean management, and automation. He believes in a team approach focused on collaboration and communication.

John oversees the implementation of specialty and retail pharmacies for Azina clients, including contracting with third parties, developing policies and procedures, maintaining regulatory compliance, establishing workflow processes, and maximizing 340B optimization. Prior to joining CPS, he worked for Walgreens in pharmacy management for nine years. He joined CPS in 2014, serving as Director of Ambulatory Services at Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia. He earned his Pharm.D from West Virginia.

George is an executive healthcare strategist and specialty pharmacy expert with deep experience in consulting and operations. He brings a record of bottom-line performance through enabling high performance for teams. His prior experience includes time as Senior Vice President, Pharmacy Services for Therigy, and Senior Director of Operations and Account Management at Express Scripts. George holds a Bachelor of Science from East Tennessee State University. He received his MBA and Pharm.D. from Mercer University.

Jill joins our team with more than a decade’s experience in healthcare. She has held positions with various specialty organizations, most recently being Therigy. Prior, she served as Director of Quality Services for a large independent specialty pharmacy and SP management company, where she led project management and oversaw other responsibilities. She has also held various pharmacy roles in Florida and Illinois. Jill received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Western Michigan University and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Eugene serves as Vice President of Ambulatory & Infusion. Prior to joining CPS, Eugene spent 16 years leading teams of area business specialists supporting Janssen Immunology infusible products in all sites of care. He has experience managing oncology infusion and home infusion and has been Director of Hospital Pharmacy for both for-profit and not-for-profit hospital settings. He holds a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Larry is a pharmacy leader with 29 years of experience. He has served Rowa Regional MC as IV Supervisor/Clinical Staff Pharmacist, the University of Florida Health as a Patient Care Clinical Pharmacist for Critical Care and Pediatrics, Munroe Regional MC as Pharmacy Manager, Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator, Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist, and Infectious Disease Clinical Pharmacist. His most recent role was at Smith Drug Company as Senior Director, Professional Pharmacy Services. Larry holds his Pharm.D from the University of Florida.

Lindsey Harris is responsible for leading the marketing strategy and launch for Azina clients, along with directing the vision, concept, and delivery of corporate marketing and brand initiatives for CPS specialty and ambulatory business lines, Azina and Therigy. She brings over 15 years of experience leading healthcare marketing and customer experience driving sales, publicity, brand awareness, and maintaining strong and lasting business relationships. She also is the Co-Chair of the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) Marketing Committee. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A & M University.

Yousef is responsible for leading analytics. He brings extensive experience in leading similar operations across the healthcare ecosystem, most recently serving as Director of Business Intelligence at Avella Specialty Pharmacy where he was responsible for their enterprise BI platform. Prior experience includes roles where he focused on gross margin in relation to drug and payor mix, process improvement, inventory management, EDI product ordering, 340B and more. Yousef holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Psychology and a Masters in Healthcare and Business Management from Arizona State University.
